Purpose: This study is being conducted by faculty from the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Arizona State University and Duke University School of Law. The purpose of this study is to understand how criminal prosecutors perceive eyewitness identification evidence. We want to gain prosecutors’ professional insights about eyewitness identification evidence in different crime scenarios.
