Office Membership Application Next Steps

Next steps for Office Memberships:

To ensure your attorneys can access member benefits, please complete and submit the Office Contacts Import Template within 30 days.

What to include in the template:

  • Business (Office) Name
  • Each staff member’s full name (first, middle initial, last, suffix)
  • Work email (required)
  • Assistant/admin email (if applicable)
  • Mailing Address
  • Notes (e.g., coordinator roles, assistant contacts)
  • Jursidiction (if distinct from Office Name)

Who should complete this?
We recommend that your office administrator, HR, Chief of Staff, or another key point person fill out the template to ensure accuracy and completeness.
