Welcome to the latest edition of Lex Quod Ordo (Law and Order), APA’s quarterly newsletter dedicated to high performance prosecution. This fall has been a busy and productive time at APA, and we look forward to sharing with you our recent projects and successes. Most recently, APA, in partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the Center for Court Innovation (CCI), hosted the 9th National Prosecution Summit in Dallas, Texas on September 22- 24.

This year marks the first Christmas that Mary Lou Morrison will spend without her only brother, George A. Molle Jr., who was murdered in his Kanawha City home.

The fourth annual Angel Tree Lighting Ceremony was held Monday morning in the Kanawha County prosecutor’s office to remember homicide victims as well as families whose lives were shattered in the wake of tragedy.
